For breakdown calls within Karachi we aim to reach you the same day, and in most central areas within a few hours of your call.

Timing depends on your location and the time of day — traffic between, say, SITE and DHA at peak hours is real. When you call, we will give you an honest arrival window rather than an optimistic one.

Yes. Generators fail at 3am far more often than at 3pm, so our breakdown line is answered 24 hours a day, all seven days, including Eid and public holidays.

Office visits, quotations and contract meetings are handled during working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Rental starts from a single day, which covers most weddings, events and shoots. Weekly and monthly rates are lower per day and suit construction sites, factory shutdowns and offices waiting on a repair.

For large sets we usually ask for a little notice so the unit can be tested and delivered on time. Rates depend on the kVA rating and the duration — call with your load and dates and we will give you a figure.

Delivery, installation and connection are arranged by us anywhere in Karachi. The set arrives tested and ready to take load.

An operator can be provided where the job needs one — larger sets, long events and sites running through the night. Fuel is normally billed separately at actual consumption, but tell us your requirement and we can quote it inclusive.

Yes. Every replacement part is genuine or OEM-grade, and the warranty period is written on the job sheet you receive at the end of the visit — not left as a verbal promise.

If the same fault returns within that period, we come back and fix it without charging again for that work.

Diesel and gas sets from 1 kVA to 500 kVA — from a small home standby unit to industrial prime power running three shifts a day.

We service all major brands including Perkins, Cummins, Caterpillar, FG Wilson, Honda and Yamaha, along with locally assembled sets. If you are unsure about yours, send us the make and model and we will tell you straight away.

A fixed monthly fee covers scheduled servicing — oil, filters, coolant, battery and load testing — plus unlimited breakdown visits during the contract period, with priority over general call-outs.

You also get a written health report for every set after each visit, so the next technician starts informed instead of guessing. Contracts suit factories, hospitals, schools, banks and housing societies running more than one generator. An annual version is available if you prefer to pay once a year.

All of it — DHA, Clifton, Saddar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulistan-e-Johar, North Nazimabad, Federal B Area, SITE, Korangi, Landhi, Malir, Shah Faisal, Nazimabad, Lyari and Bin Qasim.

Teams dispatch from more than one point across the city, which is why a breakdown call in Korangi and a rental delivery in DHA can run on the same afternoon.
